This Valentine’s Day, Larissa and Simon are co-facilitating a sumptuous evening with the theme of self-love.

Larissa will share Cacao in Ceremony. Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine from her beloved homeland of South America. Then Simon will take you deeper into a meditative, healing state with the sound of Bowls, Gong and Bells.

You will experience:-
* Opening space - including candle ritual and intention setting
* Cacao Ceremony – ceremonial grade Cacao will be shared in ritual, promoting heart opening and emotional release
* Meditation – a guided meditation to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for deep rest
* Sound Bath – live music from Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Bells will wash over you, guiding you into a deeper meditative and altered state where you may receive inner divine wisdom and/or cellular healing
* Reflective journaling – quiet integration time
* Group sharing circle – share your experience with the group – this is of course optional
* Closing space

Afterwards you are welcome to stay for a cup of Tea and a slice of Cake if you’d like to.

What to bring on the night:-
* water bottle
* journal
* pen
* eye pillow if you’d like one for the meditation
Otherwise, everything else is supplied.
