Fascial Maneuvers combine breathing, counter rotation and pinning the fascia to release unwanted stress and tension from the body.

Fascial Maneuvers are powerful movements and techniques that promote self-healing by reducing stress and releasing stored trauma in the body.

Our intention is to help empower individuals to take back control of their own health. Together we’re excited to inspire one another to tap into what our bodies were designed to do best : heal themselves.
