Mary has studied loads of modalities over the past 30 years. Most of those studies were for her to make sense of this realm we find ourselves in. But Mary’s thirst for knowing and desperate need to be “safe” in this world came at a huge price - her ability to feel life and truly know herself. She had intellectualized her studies but she had not embodied them.
In recent years Mary has discovered that walking in nature, journaling and drinking Living Tea are the most inspiring and powerful ways for her to “tap in” to who she is and how she feels.
Now that Mary is living more consciously, she feels like her life is just getting started. And, she is traveling much more peacefully and purposefully through life.

Elissa is an osteopath with over 25 years in private practice. She is dedicated to a whole‑person approach to healthcare, integrating physical and mental health to support sustainable wellbeing.
Elissa’s clinical philosophy centres on the understanding that the body does not function in isolated parts.“I don’t treat conditions, I treat people. When we work with the body as an integrated system, we support its natural capacity to return to balance and health.”
Elissa is also passionate about workplace wellbeing. She has delivered corporate education programs on wellness, stress management, and the biomechanics of breathing, helping organisations support healthier, more resilient teams. Her current 3‑hour “Breathing & Biomechanics” workshop is designed specifically for lay audiences and corporate groups, offering practical tools to improve posture, nervous system regulation, and everyday movement efficiency.
