Tea in Ceremony

Tea in Ceremony is a meditation. An opportunity to slow down, connect deeply with yourself and the medicine, and savour stillness. We sit in noble silence for one hour drinking Living Tea. At the conclusion of Ceremony there will be an opportunity for everyone to share their experience, if they choose to.

Living Tea is a high vibrational plant medicine. Tea that is grown in the old ways, on ancient trees and pristine mountains, by generational farmers who care for, harvest and process the leaves into the finest Teas.

Living Tea helps to calm the mind, open the heart and brighten the eyes. She is fermented wisdom, a teacher, a loving guide and Spirit.

There will be a maximum of 5 guests and we will sit on cushions on the floor. Mary will prepare and serve bowls of divine Living Tea in ritual as per the Global Tea Hut lineage. There will be background music to assist your journey inwards.

Tea in Ceremony is a stunningly beautiful practice, shared in community but experienced internally.
