This 60 minute class combines the deeply restful practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of a sound bath to guide you into a sense of relaxation and renewal.
Yin Yoga is a slow paced, meditative style of yoga where passive floor postures are held for extended periods - typically 3 to 5 minutes.
Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a guided meditation that leads you into conscious rest, releasing stress, calming the nervous system and restoring balance within.
The meditation will be seamlessly followed by a soothing soundscape of singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments.
The sound vibrations harmonise your energy, allowing for deeper relaxation and supporting emotional healing.
This class is ideal for anyone who’d like gentle self care, rest and stillness.
NOT recommended for those with sound-induced epilepsy.
