Sacred Women’s Circle
Our focus for the month of MAY will be on the SHAMANIC DRUM. Please bring your Drum if you have one. If you don’t have a Drum, I have two spare Drums that I can lend out for the evening - first come, first serve - please contact me to reserve one of them.

Sacred Women’s Circle is a gathering of women for women. It provides a safe and nourishing space for women to come together in Sisterhood and support each other, to share without judgement, comparison or competition, and to heal and grow.
We sit in the formation of a Circle so all Sisters can see each other clearly and be seen fully. The Circle is a place of equality and connection, and it represents the cycles we experience within and without.
Our Women’s Circle is Sacred because it is filled with Ritual and Ceremony. We remember and invoke the Divine Feminine, Feminine Wisdom, and the Gifts of Womanhood.
Our Circles are small to ensure an intimate and safe container as possible - seven participants and Mary facilitating - i.e. a total of eight.
Remembering the Rose (the name of our circle) will be an open circle - meaning that each circle will be open to any woman who is called to sit with us for that particular month. There will be a different focus each month – something to do with Women, Nature and/or Cycles – it could be a Flower, Herb or Tree, the Moon, a Goddess, a Season, an Element. Whatever the subject is, it will inspire you!
Each circle/month you can expect to gather with likeminded Sisters and experience any, but not necessarily all of the following:-

- Living Tea, Ceremonial Cacao or Homemade Chai

- Exploration of Monthly Focus

- Reflective Journaling
- Very Gentle Breathwork
- Meditation
- Very Gentle Qigong
- Scrumptious Supper
