Join Elissa O’Brien of Atrium Osteopathy as we explore the anatomy and physiology of breathing, posture and how we hold our emotions in our body.
What you'll experience:-
* Learn to feel comfortable in your body using breath and awareness
* Understand why your body can easily feel out of your control
* Takeaway simple techniques for quick & easy self support
* Gain education about your behaviour to empower your interactions in life
* Clarify the difference between your personality and your physiology
* Identify the early signs of overwhelm, panic and other signs of stress in your body and behaviour
* Walk away feeling lighter, more confident, more connected and more able to self care, self soothe and find stillness whenever you want
The day will involve lectures and practical components so that you will learn and then apply the learning throughout the day. And Simon will be take you through 30mins of Fascial Maneuvers. There will be plenty of time to completely immerse yourself into a state of blissful relaxation that you will then be able to take back into your daily life.
