Cacao and Sound

The Summer Solstice is the day with the most daylight hours in the year, marking the astronomical start of summer. Join us as we celebrate this significant solar event. Simon will share astrological insights and guide us in immersive practices.

You will experience:-
* Opening space - including candle ritual and intention setting
* Cacao Ceremony – ceremonial grade Cacao will be served and drunk in ritual, promoting heart opening and emotional release
* Meditation – a guided meditation to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for deep rest
* Sound Bath – live music from Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Chimes will wash over you, guiding you into a deeper meditative and altered state where you may receive divine wisdom and/or cellular healing
* Reflective journaling – quite integration time
* Group sharing circle – share your experience with the group – this is of course optional
* Closing space

Afterwards you are welcome to stay for a cup of Tea and a slice of Cake if you’d like to.
