In August we gather together in the spirit of Devotion — Bhakti — not as discipline, but as a gentle inward focus. Simon will be guiding a deeply nourishing evening of Cacao and Sound in honour of this inner devotion — the quiet, purposeful act of choosing yourself, tending to your own heart, and meeting your inner world with reverence and grace.

Simon will share Cacao in Ceremony — a gentle, heart‑opening plant medicine from Peru known for increasing circulation, supporting emotional release, and enhancing feelings of connection and clarity. Cacao contains natural compounds like theobromine and anandamide, often called the “bliss molecule,” which help soften the nervous system and open the inner landscape.

After your initial connection with Cacao, Simon will take you deeper with gentle Breathwork, Mantra, Yoga Nidra and Sound — bowls, gong, and chimes that work through vibrational resonance to calm the mind, connect with breath, and support the body’s natural healing responses. Sound frequencies can help shift brainwaves into meditative states, release tension held in the body, and create a sense of spaciousness and inner quiet.

This evening is an invitation to rest into Devotion to yourself — to soften, to listen inward, and to reconnect with the part of you that longs to be held, honoured, and met with loving presence.

You will experience:-
* Opening space - including candle ritual and intention setting
* Cacao Ceremony – ceremonial grade Cacao will be shared in ritual, promoting heart opening and emotional release
* Breathwork and Mantra - very gentle Breathwork and Mantra to clear the body’s energetic channels
* Yoga Nidra – a guided Meditation (yogic sleep) to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for deep rest
* Sound Bath – live sound from Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Chimes will wash over you, guiding you into a deeper meditative and altered state where you may receive inner divine wisdom and/or cellular healing
* Reflective journaling – quiet integration time
* Group sharing circle – share your experience with the group – this is of course optional
* Closing space

Afterwards you are welcome to stay for a cup of Tea or Tisane and a slice of Cake if you’d like to.

* pen
* eye pillow if you’d like one for the meditation
Otherwise, everything else is supplied.
